• WhatsApp-based advice is provided during agreed hours

9.2 Communication Guidelines

• Professional communication is expected
• Abusive or inappropriate communication may result in service termination
• Communication outside agreed channels may incur additional charges

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Completed work will be charged according to agreed rates. Ongoing programs may have specific cancellation terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated to active clients and updated on our website.
